Almond Enjoy Coffee Drop Cookies

(adapted from Betty Crocker's Picture Cookbook 1958)


  • 1 cup butter, at room temp
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed Almond Enjoy coffee
  • 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. . Beat together the butter, brown sugar, and eggs
  2. . Stir in the coffee
  3. . In a separate bowl stir together the dry ingredients, then stir into batter
  4. . Chill 1 hour
  5. . Pre heat oven to 400℉
  6. . Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet spaced 2" apart
  7. . Bake until set (about 8 - 10 minutes or until the cookie is resistant to a light touch)
  8. . Cool on a rack
  9. . Enjoy with your cup of coffee!
