Sweets for Your Sweets



Directions: For Tea Sauce

  1. . Make ½ cup (4oz) of triple strength Love Potion black tea by adding 1.5 heaping tsp to 4oz of boiling water, and steep at least 5 minutes
  2. . Strain tea into a small saucepan
  3. . Add 1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries into the saucepan with the tea and heat gently until the raspberries are heated and soft
  4. . Strain the sauce into a small jar
  5. . Note: The sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator

  6. Directions: For Rapsody in Red

  7. . Heat the half and half in the Breville Café Frother or in a double boiler
  8. . When the half and half is warm, slowly add the white chocolate pieces and allow to melt while continuing to froth
  9. . Gradually add the raspberry tea sauce and continue frothing
  10. . Serve in small demitasse cups and garnish with a whole raspberry
