Salted Caramel Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 4 oz finely chopped good quality dark chocolate
  • 1-2 Tbs finely ground coffee Salted Caramel Coffee
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup salted caramel chips

Directions

  1. . Melt the chocolate, Salted Caramel coffee, and the coconut oil for 1 minute in the microwave or in a bowl over a pot of simmering water
  2. . Stir the mixture until well blended and smooth
  3. . Spread the chocolate mixture evenly onto a 8"x 8” square of parchment on a flat board
  4. . Spring the salted caramel chips gently into the chocolate (optional)
  5. . Chill until set
  6. . Break into pieces of ‘bark’
