What makes our sweets special? After discovering the delights of European sweets during our travels, we wanted to bring those experiences to our customers.
We happily made a French connection in Dallas when we met Steve Smith, a native Texan who studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed at Michelin-starred restaurants Le Taillevent in Paris, and Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Spain. Steve developed a signature, French-style drinking chocolate that rivaled our Paris experience and met our uncompromising standards of excellence. Later, Steve developed sweet temptations made with rich French butter:

French Butter Toffee Crunch: Sinfully rich, this toffee is coated with dark chocolate and toasted almond pieces and has just the right crunch!
