Nil Rouge Tea Infused Syrup

Nil Rouge Tea Infused Syrup


  • 2 heaped teaspoons Nil Rouge loose tea
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  1. . Place all ingredients in a small saucepan
  2. . Simmer gently for 15 minutes
  3. . Strain and Cool

Note: the syrup can be made ahead and refrigerated
