Fluffiest Pancakes

 

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup half and half
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt


Directions:

  1. . Combine the egg – yogurt or sour cream, the half and half, and baking soda and beat till smooth
  2. . Sift together and stir in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
  3. . Heat griddle
  4. . Drop spoonfuls batter onto greased griddle – cook till bubbles rise –flip and cook the other side
  5. . Serve warm with our homemade syrup
