Lemon Basil Oolong Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon basil oolong tea
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar


Directions:

  1. .Steep the tea in the water for 8-10 minutes, then strain
  2. . Stir together remaining ingredients and add 2 Tablespoons of the tea or  enough to make a dipping consistency
  3. . Chill and serve as a dipping sauce for veggies, chicken, chicken skewers, meatballs, etc
