Lemon Basil Oolong Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup hot water
- 2 Tablespoons lemon basil oolong tea
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Directions:
- .Steep the tea in the water for 8-10 minutes, then strain
- . Stir together remaining ingredients and add 2 Tablespoons of the tea or enough to make a dipping consistency
- . Chill and serve as a dipping sauce for veggies, chicken, chicken skewers, meatballs, etc
