Indian Summer Gimlet


  • 8 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 4 oz Summer Darjeeling Blend tea (brewed according to directions and cooled)
  • 4 oz lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

    1. .Pack as much ice as you can fit into a shaker, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
    2. .Pour into martini glasses and serve with a sprig of fresh basil and a lime wedge
