Was looking forward to baking the cookies but the recipe is not very clear.is the tea brewed, what type of cream? I am an experienced baker so I can figure it out but not everyone will be able to.Ideally recipes should be written so that a novice can follow and this one is not. Would appreciate a quick review of recipes before publishing them so that we can all take full advantage.
