Dallas Bold Coffee Rub for Salmon or Steak

Ingredients

• ¼ cup Dallas Bold coffee finely ground
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tsp ground ginger

Directions

1. . Combine all ingredients
2. . Stir until well mixed
3. . Store in refrigerator or freezer
4. . Use to taste as rub on steaks – or salmon

Note: this rub echoes the flavor notes of the Dallas Bold Coffee
