Chocolate Coffee Marshmallow Mousse


  • 1/2 cup Dallas Bold brewed coffee
  • 2 oz DARK chocolate chopped into small chunks
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream (Greek plain yogurt may be substituted)
  • 1 egg white
  • Whole walnuts



  1. . Combine the coffee, chocolate, and marshmallows in a large bowl and microwave on High for 1 minute
  2. . Remove, stir, and return to microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate and marshmallow are melted
  3. . Stir until smooth
  4. . Allow to cool
  5. . Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the mousse
  6. . Whip the egg white until stiff and fold into the mousse
  7. . Spoon into individual glasses or cups
  8. . Top with a toasted walnut
