Texas Virgin Mary

Ingredients

  • 4 cups V8 Juice
  • 1 cup Texas Chile Chai 
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh celery stalks


Directions:

  1. Use 1 tablespoon tea to 1.25 cup boiling water
  2. Strain out the leaves pressing them against the strainer to extract as much of the tea as possible - you should end up with 1 cup tea
  3. Combine the V8juice, tea, lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce
  4. Add salt and paper to taste
  5. Chill


To Serve:

  1. Place 1-2 ice cubes in each glass
  2. Pour over V8/tea mixture
  3. Serve with a fresh celery stalk
  4. Serves 4
