Texas Virgin Mary

Ingredients
- 4 cups V8 Juice
 - 1 cup Texas Chile Chai
 - 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 - 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Ice cubes
 - Fresh celery stalks
 

Directions:
- Use 1 tablespoon tea to 1.25 cup boiling water
 - Strain out the leaves pressing them against the strainer to extract as much of the tea as possible - you should end up with 1 cup tea
 - Combine the V8juice, tea, lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce
 - Add salt and paper to taste
 - Chill
 
To Serve:
- Place 1-2 ice cubes in each glass
 - Pour over V8/tea mixture
 - Serve with a fresh celery stalk
 - Serves 4
