Cold-Brew Basil Spritz

Perfect for the patio! Machines like JURA's Giga 10 and Z10 can whip you up a cold brew espresso in seconds! But you can also enjoy the tasty drink with cold brew concentrate

Ingredients 

  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 oz cold brew/iced espresso or cold brew concentrate.

Directions

  1. Lightly muddle a small handful of basil in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, and coffee.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds.
  5. Place an ice cube in an espresso or small glass.
  6. Use a strainer to pour your drink from the shaker into the glass.
