Celtic Coffee

Recipe created exclusively for The Cultured Cup by Greg Duke.

Makes 1 drink.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • ½ oz B&B liqueur
  • ¼ oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 oz The Cultured Cup’s Private Label, brewed as an espresso or strongly brewed
  • 1 oz heavy cream, slightly whipped
  • grated nutmeg or cinnamon for garnish

Directions: 

  1. In the bottom of your preferred glassware, start with 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar.  
  2. Stir in the liqueur and whiskey until the sugar is dissolved 
  3. Pour in the coffee.
  4. Top with whipped heavy cream
  5. Garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
