Basic recipe for Turmeric Masala Chai Vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Masala Chai Tea
Directions
- Combine vinegar and tea in small saucepan. Bring to boil and gently simmer for 5 minutes
- Set aside and allow to cool. Strain
Ingredients for Vinaigrette
- ¼ turmeric masala chai vinegar
- 1/3 cup light olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon fresh orange or tangerine juice
Directions
- . Place all in a blender and process until ingredients fully combined
Suggested Uses
- Chicken Salad
- Macaroni salad
- On a Mixed Greens Salad
- As a basting sauce for baked or grilled salmon

This recipe sounds really good. But I think there is ingredients/steps missing. There is no tumeric or tea listed in the ingredients list, so I can’t tell quantity and where they come in. Please update so I can try this! Thanks :)
