Salted Caramel Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 Tablespoons VERY strong cold  Salted Caramel Coffee
  • 3 cups All Purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (10oz) package Hershey’s Sea Salt Caramel Chips

Directions:
  1. . Heat the oven to 350°F
  2. . Beat together the butter, sugars, eggs and coffee
  3. . Stir in the dry ingredients adding the chips last, mix well
  4. . Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  5. . Bake the cookies until set and lightly browned – about 10 minutes
  6. . The uncooked cookie dough will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week
