- 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach
- 4 teaspoons roughly chopped fresh ginger
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Matcha Imperial
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- 4 tablespoons protein powder
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- . Place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.
- . Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with chopped banana (optional).
- . Serve cold.
