Graham Cracker Chocolate Bars


  • 2 pkgs of Graham crackers
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Cultured Cup Drinking Chocolate
  • 8 Tbsp butter


  1. . Break the graham cracker into small pieces
  2. . Place the honey, drinking chocolate, and butter in a large bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Return the bowl to the microwave for another 1- 2 minutes or until the mixture is completely melted
  3. . Add the graham cracker pieces to the melted chocolate mixture and stir to mix well
  4. . Pour into a 8” square pan lined with parchment and press the mixture firmly into place
  5. . Chill for at least 3 hours
  6. . Then cut into squares
