Golden Turmeric Oatmeal


    • 1½ cups milk of choice (I used half and half)*
    • 1 cup Turmeric Masala Chai brewed according to instructions on bag
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • Pinch salt
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tsp ground turmeric
    • 1 tsp honey or agave nectar


  1. .Add all ingredients except for oats in a small saucepan. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil.
  2. .Reduce heat to low and add oats. Cook until oats have absorbed all the liquid, about 5 minutes
  3. .Spoon into two bowls and top as desired
  4. Topping Suggestions:Coconut flakes, dried fruit, cinnamon, nuts, granola, stewed fruit, brown sugar
