Chilled Coconut Soup

Ingredients
- 5 cups milk
 - 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
 - 1 ½ cups double strength Mariage Freres Noix de Coco tea cooled
 - 1 can coconut milk
 - ½ can crème of coconut
 - Lemon juice to taste
 
 
Directions
- . Heat the milk with the unsweetened coconut flakes in a medium saucepan and simmer gently for 15 minutes
 - . Strain into a large bowl - extracting as much of the ‘milk’ as possible (note: the coconut can be reserved for another use)
 - . Add the tea- coconut milk -and crème of coconut and stir well to blend
 - . Chill the soup overnight
 - . You will noticed solid cap of 'coconut oil’ has formed on top. Gently lift off and reserve for another use
 - . The soup is ready to serve!
