Minty Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring milk, cream, and sugar to a simmer.
  • Add torn mint leaves.
  • Cover with lid and let mixture steep for 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain out mint and reheat to a simmer
  • Pour Drinking Chocolate into pan and stir with a whisk until chocolate is melted and blended evenly into milk/cream mixture.
  • Pour minty hot chocolate into cups and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
