Minty Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1½ cups whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoon brown sugar like Turbinado
- 10-12 large mint leaves, torn
- 4 oz of The Cultured Cup’s Signature Drinking Chocolate
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring milk, cream, and sugar to a simmer.
- Add torn mint leaves.
- Cover with lid and let mixture steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain out mint and reheat to a simmer
- Pour Drinking Chocolate into pan and stir with a whisk until chocolate is melted and blended evenly into milk/cream mixture.
- Pour minty hot chocolate into cups and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
