Coconut Kahlua Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Kahlua
  • ¾ cup of milk or preferred milk substitute: coconut milk, almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of cream of coconut
  • 2 tbsp of white sugar
  • 2 shots of cold brew concentrate or 2 shots of espresso
  • A pinch of cinnamon



  • Directions:

    1. . Start by placing the Kahlua, milk, cream of coconut, cinnamon, and sugar into a pot. Heat on medium for 5-7 minutes
    2. . When your ingredients are hot, place them in a blender and blend on high until frothy
    3. . Warm up your coffee concentrate in another pot, and then pour the froth and coffee into a glass
    4. . If you prefer it cold, skip heating your concentrate and pour it as well as the froth over a tall glass of ice
    5. . Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary
    6. . Serve with a dusting of cocoa powder, a drizzle of caramel or grated coconut
