A Cultural Curation
$ 45.95

The design inspiration for this colorful set of five handle-less cups comes from Song Dynasty potters who first made tea bowls from a special clay found in Zhejiang Province's Tianmu Mountains.

Product Details: The five cups come beautifully boxed. | Cup Dimensions: Diameter = 3.5" | Height = 2" | Cup Capacity = 5 oz | Product Care: Hand-washing recommended.

Fun Fact: Tianmu Shan is a famous Chinese mountain with a long history of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism. Japanese monks visited this region in the Song Dynasty (960-1279 CE) to study Buddhism. Upon returning to Japan, the Japanese developed a similar pottery named Tenmoku.
