    • After studying the history of the original English Breakfast teas, we created a blend that includes a Chinese Keemun, which is rarely used today because of it's expense 
    • A balanced blend of Keemun (Anhui Province) and Assam teas
    • Enough body for a breakfast tea, but with a creamy note that begs to be used as an accompaniment to afternoon tea food
    • There is no specific recipe for blending an English Breakfast tea, but some of the best original blends contained Keemun as an ingredient
    • Keemun adds body, strength, a touch of smoke and helps create an English Breakfast worthy of the Queen
