Product Details: Steve Smith, who makes these French butter caramels, is a native Texan who studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed at Michelin-starred restaurants Le Taillevent in Paris and Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Spain. 

Ingredients: chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla beans), heavy cream, sugar, French butter, glucose, butter, salt, vanilla. Contains: Milk, soy

Fun Fact: Many culinary professionals prefer French butter because it's made from cultured cream, which contains more butterfat and gives the butter a slightly nutty taste when used in recipes.
