Matcha Vinaigrette


  • ¾ cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon culinary matcha powder
  • 2 green onions, white part only
  • 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil )
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 large clove elephant garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. .Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Refrigerate until ready to use

I have found in making my dressings that it is better to pre-mix all the ingredients except the oil, and then mix in the oil with a whisk. That gives me a better, quicker infusion.
