Earl Grey Provence Ice Cream


  • 1 can condensed milk
  •  ¼ cup VERY strong Earl Grey Provence prepared tea (triple strength or more per your taste)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • (1 drop lavender essence optional if you want a stronger lavender taste) Optional


  1. . Combine the condensed milk with the tea
  2. . Whip the cream stiff and fold into the condensed milk mixture together with the vanilla
  3. . Freeze. The mixture will remain somewhat soft
  4. . Taste to determine if you need the extra lavender flavor
