Product Details: Steve Smith, our chocolatier, is a native Texan who studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed at Michelin-starred restaurants Le Taillevent in Paris and Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Spain. This drinking chocolate is crafted in small batches and is worlds apart from your average cup of cocoa.
