Masala Chai Hot Toddy
- 2 tsp of any of our Masala Chai teas
- 8 oz boiling water
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2-oz Bourbon
- Orange slices for garnish
- .Pour hot water over tea in a heat-proof mug or glass.
- .Add the honey and stir until dissolved.
- .Steep for 3-4 minutes, then remove tea.
- .Add lemon juice and bourbon. Stir.
- .Garnish with the orange slice and serve.
