Masala Chai Hot Toddy


  • 2 tsp of any of our Masala Chai teas
  • 8 oz boiling water
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2-oz Bourbon
  • Orange slices for garnish

  1. .Pour hot water over tea in a heat-proof mug or glass.
  2. .Add the honey and stir until dissolved.
  3. .Steep for 3-4 minutes, then remove tea.
  4. .Add lemon juice and bourbon. Stir.
  5. .Garnish with the orange slice and serve.
