Chilled Melon Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sencha Goji-Berry Tea or for a caffeine free version use our Mango Tango Infusion
- 1 large Cantaloupe
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- A splash of lemon juice
- . Cut melon in half - remove seeds
- . Remove flesh from outer shell
- . Place flesh in a blender with honey and lemon juice - blend until smooth
- . Add tea
- . Note: If you have a Vita Mix it will blend until smooth. If not, use your blender and sieve the juice
