Romantic Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup Cultured Cup Drinking chocolate (Or 3 oz DARK chocolate chopped and melted in 1/2 cup boiling water)
- 2 Tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup rose jam
Directions for Hot Chocolate
- . Follow the directions for making hot chocolate on the Breville frother using ½ half & half and ½ cream
- . After 2 minutes add the drinking chocolate (or melted dark chocolate)
- . Continue frothing until the machine stops
Directions for Rose Flavored whipped cream
- . Whip cream with confectioners sugar until stiff
- . Fold in jam
Pour into small cups and top with Rose Flavored whipped cream
