Romantic Hot Chocolate

Romantic Hot Chocolate


  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup Cultured Cup Drinking chocolate (Or 3 oz DARK chocolate chopped and melted in 1/2 cup boiling water)
  • 2 Tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup rose jam

Directions for Hot Chocolate

  1. . Follow the directions for making hot chocolate on the Breville frother using ½ half & half and ½ cream
  2. . After 2 minutes add the drinking chocolate (or melted dark chocolate)
  3. . Continue frothing until the machine stops

Directions for Rose Flavored whipped cream

  1. . Whip cream with confectioners sugar until stiff
  2. . Fold in jam

Pour into small cups and top with Rose Flavored whipped cream
