Ruby Red Hibiscus Sparkler

Ingredients for 1 drink:

  • 1-3 raspberries
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1.5 tsp Hibiscus Ruby Red
  • sparkling water or champagne 
  • Ice         

Directions: 

  1. Boil 4 oz of water. Steep the Hibiscus for 6 minutes.*
  2. Muddle sugar, mint, and raspberries together. Scoop into the bottom of a coupe or champagne glass.
  3. Fill a shaker halfway with ice, add the hibiscus tea and shake to cool. 
  4. Strain tea into glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water or champagne. 

                                           

*Note: You can also cold-brew some Hibiscus Ruby Red ahead of time and skip steps 1 & 3.
