Russian Meyer & Lime

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Boil Water. Take a handful of the dried Kaffir Lime leaves and submerge them in the hot water for 5 minutes. 
  2. Take 3 heaping teaspoons of Russian Breakfast and steep with 16-20 oz of just off boiling water for 5 minutes. 
  3. Strain the Kaffir Lime leaves, then crush them with a mortar and pestle. 
  4. Add the crushed Kaffir Lime leaves to the bottom of a tall glass and fill with Ice
  5. Once the tea is done steeping, pour over the ice filled glass. 
  6. Add a squeeze of Meyer lemon Juice and stir. 
  7. Optional: Garnish with Meyer lemon wedge and Kaffir Lime Leaf.
