Ingredients:
- Russian Breakfast Tea
- Kaffir Limes Leaves (dried)
- Meyer Lemon (cut into wedges)
- Hot Water
- Ice
Directions:
- Boil Water. Take a handful of the dried Kaffir Lime leaves and submerge them in the hot water for 5 minutes.
- Take 3 heaping teaspoons of Russian Breakfast and steep with 16-20 oz of just off boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Strain the Kaffir Lime leaves, then crush them with a mortar and pestle.
- Add the crushed Kaffir Lime leaves to the bottom of a tall glass and fill with Ice
- Once the tea is done steeping, pour over the ice filled glass.
- Add a squeeze of Meyer lemon Juice and stir.
- Optional: Garnish with Meyer lemon wedge and Kaffir Lime Leaf.
