Snow Peach White Tea Shot

I don't know about you, but I always felt disappointed there was no tea in a traditional white tea shot! (Talk about false advertisement!)

So, I decided to remedy that by doing my own take with my favorite white tea, Snow Peach, instead of the Peach Schnapps (how often do you have that floating around in your liqueur cabinet anyways?). It was a hit for me, hope you enjoy! 

• 1 oz Snow Peach  (brewed-double strength)*
• 1 oz vodka**
• 1 oz lemonade

1. Fill half a shaker with ice. 
2. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Shake vigorously and pour into small tea glass or shot glass. 
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge. 

 

Notes:

*Make the Snow Peach double strength by using twice the amount of loose leaf tea. For example use 2.5-3 tsp for 4 oz of water. Steep for 5 minutes at 185-190°F. 

**You can make this into a mocktail by omitting the vodka and using 1.5 oz of the Snow Peach and lemonade instead!
