Blended Coconut Cream

Blended Coconut Cream
Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. This coconut coffee delight is an irresistible treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2-3/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream Coffee (brewed double-strength or as espresso)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar*
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  1. In a small blender combine all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. For a boozy version, add a splash of Kahlúa or Irish Cream!

 

*Note: Feel free to substitute for your preferred sugar, or omit entirely.
