Steeping: water, 195°F, 2–3 min. Enjoy multiple steeps. Eastern-style: 2 tsp (3 gm), 4 oz water, 195°F, 1st & 2nd Steep = 30-50 sec, add 30 sec to each steeping, steepp 4-6 times.
Fun Fact: The mountains by Alishan in Chiayi County, Taiwan reach altitudes of up to 1800 meters. The elevation, cool and misty climate that have large temperature differences between day and night cause the tea plants to grow more slowly and produce sweet, mellow, and creamy teas with distinct verdant and floral notes.
