The precise handling of these tea leaves yields a tea of remarkable beauty, with notes of honey, orchid, and stone fruit in the cup. The fog-enshrouded limestone cliffs where this tea is grown seem to influence its lingering and mouthwatering minerality. One of our favorite new teas.
