    • 1–1.5 tsp per 8 oz of water, 212°F, 5 min
    • After studying the history of the original English Breakfast teas, we created a blend that includes a Chinese Keemun, which is rarely used today because of its expense. Classic English Breakfast is a balanced blend of Keemun (Anhui Province) and Assam teas.
    • Enough body for a breakfast tea, but with a creamy note that begs to be used as an accompaniment to afternoon tea food.
    • There is no specific recipe for blending an English Breakfast tea, but some of the best original blends contained Keemun as an ingredient due to its body, strength, and slightly smoky flavor.
