Product Details: Steve Smith, who makes this toffee, is a native Texan, studied at Cordon Bleu in Paris, and apprenticed at Michelin-starred restaurants Le Taillevent in Paris, and at Mugaritz, in San Sebastian, Spain.
Ingredients: French butter, toasted almonds, chocolate (cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin), vanilla beans, cane & brown sugar, glucose, vanilla extract, salt. Contains: Tree nuts, soy. May Contain: traces of peanuts.
