Tea Towel, Baroque Porcelain, Iris

Le Jacquard Français

Since the time of Louis XIV, France has had a tradition of fine china hand-crafted in Limoges. This French-made cotton towel is both absorbent and decorative. The question is, do you use it or frame it?

Product Details: Dimensions: 24" x 31"/100% long-fiber cotton Care: Machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry on low heat. Remove while still damp.

Fun Fact: When tea was first brought to France, it was very expensive. To properly prepare, serve, and show off this precious beverage to the French court, Louis XIV used elaborate Baroque porcelain manufactured in France. French for "Baroque porcelain" is porcelaine Baroque.
