Hojicha tea means "toasted tea," and this is one of the best! Unlike lesser quality teas of this type, which are made from low-quality Bancha tea leaves,  Flowery Hojicha is made up of spring harvested sencha tea leaves and their tender stems. The light toasting adds notes of dark honey and a subtle note of honeysuckle. An organic tea to sip and savor!
