Texas Virgin Mary


  • 4 cups V8 Juice
  • 1 cup *STRONG Texas Barbecue Tea
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh celery stalks


  1. . Follow direction for making the Texas Barbecue Tea
  2. . 1 tablespoon tea to 1 ¼ cups boiling water
  3. . Strain out the leaves pressing them against the strainer to extract as much of the tea as possible - you should end up with 1 cup tea
  4. . Combine the V8juice, tea, lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce
  5. . Add salt and paper to taste
  6. . Chill

To Serve:

  1. . Place 1-2 ice cubes in each glass
  2. . Pour over V8/tea mixture
  3. . Serve with a fresh celery stalk
  4. . Serves 4
