Matcha Cloud

  • ½ tsp matcha ( We recommend Kyoto Matcha
  • ¼ oz lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ oz water*
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4 drops orange blossom water
  • 1 oz whipping cream


  1. Mix ½ tsp matcha with 1 ¼ oz water until well blended.  
  2. Add ¼ oz lemon juice,  1 oz simple syrup  and 4 drops of orange blossom water. 
  3.  Lastly add  1 oz cream and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.   
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass.  Serve.  

 Note: For an alcoholic version replace water with gin.
