Matcha and honey-ginger white balsamic are a matcha made in heaven!
Recipe was created for The Cultured Cup by Greg Duke
- ½ tsp matcha (we recommend our Kyoto)
- 1 oz water*
- ½ oz honey-ginger flavored white balsamic vinegar (Can be found at 1890 Marketplace Dallas)
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3-4 oz carbonated water.
- Mix matcha with water in the bottom of the glass until well blended.
- Add balsamic vinegar and simple syrup and mix well.
- Add ice to glass and top with 3-4 oz of carbonated water, stir and enjoy.
Note: For an alcoholic matcha cocktail replace water with gin.
