Budding Jasmine Flower This magnificent display tea is made in China's Fujian province where the finest crafted teas are made. Artisans hand pick tea leaves of identical size and with painstaking care, tie the leaves around two kinds of flowers: chrysanthemum and globe amaranth blossoms, which have been scented with magnolia. Darjeeling Castleton Estate 2 nd Flush The famous Castleton estate produces the king of summer Darjeeling, regularly breaking sales records at the Calcutta auction. Its sculpted, tippy leaves produce a chestnut-colored liquor. Castleton is known for its distinctive taste of muscatel and a special aroma that is intense yet subtle. The most glamorous and precious of Indian teas.
Darjeeling Rose of the Himalayas Estate 3 rd Flush Fall Harvest: This rare autumnal flush Darjeeling tea has a subtle hint of rosebuds and ripe fruit.
Darjeeling Goomtee Estate 2 nd Flush Goomtee Estate , which is located in the Kurseong district to the east of Darjeeling, produces a prestigious second flush. It is known for its famous note of "hazelnut." Situated at 6,500 ft. elevation, this estate is known as a tea of "mountain mists."
Darjeeling Margaret's Hope Estate 2nd Flush

In the 1930s, this tea plantation was owned by an Englishman who sailed from England to India with his two daughters to visit the estate. His youngest daughter Margaret fell in love with the estate and hoped someday to return, but she fell ill during the return trip and died. In her memory, Margaret's father changed the plantation's name to Margaret's Hope.

The Second Flush (summer picking) tea produces a golden liquor in color with a superb and complex bouquet. The flavor has the classic Darjeeling note of muscatel with a complex and lingering finish.

Darjeeling Puttabong Estate 1 st Flush The Puttabong Estate is located high in the Himalayan foothills of Darjeeling. It is known for its First Flush (Spring plucked) teas. This one has slightly twisted leaves with tinges of green amongst the golden brown color scheme. It yields a bright coppery amber cup with upfront notes of artichoke and sea salt and a complex, lingering aftertaste.
Darjeeling, Queen Victoria Blend Exceptional quality, a blend from the second harvest in the best gardens. Refined and highly scented. For the morning, preferably without milk.
Dian Hong (Yunnan Red) Imperial A work of art, this full-bodied black tea is extraordinarily smooth and complex. Grown in the Chinese province famous for Pu-Erh tea, this tea region is one of the oldest tea producing regions in the world. The orange/red-tinged copper liquor has notes of malt, spice, and sweetness. One of the most outstanding black teas available. Drink without milk or sugar.
Dragon Well Select

Also named Lung Ching or Longjing, Dragon Well has a distinctive shape and color: the leaves are flattened and olive green with a yellowish tinge. Dragon Well is harvested in the Zhejiang Province prior to the Clear Light Festival and before the spring rains begin. The quality of this tea is judged according to four criteria: golden green color, sustained aroma, exquisite flavor and tea leaves as flat as "a sparrow's tongue!"

To create the classic flatness of this tea, the tea master uses a bamboo mat to press the leaves while firing them in the wok, in effect "ironing" the leaves. The resulting flavor is toasty, nutty, vegetal, yeasty, rich, and smooth. Drink this tea without milk or sugar.

Earl Grey DECAF Flavored with oil of bergamot, which is oil from the rind of a Mediterranean citrus fruit.
Earl Grey French Bleu (blue) A Chinese black tea is delicately flavored with oil of bergamot and cornflower for a French adventure. Delicious with a French breakfast or as a relaxing afternoon tea.
Earl Grey Imperial The base tea of this delicious Earl Grey is a first flush Darjeeling. Flavored with the very finest oil of bergamot, this tea is very perfumed and can be infused several times. Sprinkled with silver tips.

French Breakfast Tea This perfect marriage of full-bodied and elegant black teas produces a rounded taste of malt and chocolate. Wonderful with or without milk as a breakfast tea.
Fruits Noirs (black fruits) Flavored with blackcurrant, wild blackberry leaves, and blueberry.
Fruits Rouges (red fruits) A blend flavored with strawberries, raspberry blossoms, red currants, and cherries.
Fuji Yama Grown in the Mount Fuji area. Great aroma, subtle taste. A very refined tea!
Genmaicha This unusual Japanese specialty is a blend of a fine quality green tea with toasted rice and popped corn. Its most original taste is delicious hot or cold. A wonderful accompaniment with sushi or fish!
Ginger Peach Green The flavor of ripe sweet peaches combines with ginger to create this tempting green tea. One of the few green teas equally delicious hot or iced. A refreshing tea in the summer and a comforting and warming tea in the winter.
Hojicha Select "Hojicha" literally means "toasted tea." The wide leaves of this green tea have been toasted, which produces results in a light, brisk cup of tea, lower in caffeine than most tea. Hojicha is an ideal accompaniment for a meal such as soba noodles, spicy food, or roast vegetables.
Irish Breakfast

For almost one hundred years, the Mokalbari estate has produced full-bodied teas with rich, spicy notes of maltiness. A summer plucking or second flush best with or without milk or sugar.

Jasmine Chung Feng The " Champagne of Jasmine Tea " comes from an outstanding harvest of green tea in the Fujian Province of China. This tea is scented with jasmine blossoms with an exquisite fragrance.
Jasmine Dragon Pearls A work of art, these hand-rolled tea pearls are carefully blended with fully opened jasmine blossoms that causes the tea to absorb the fragrance and delicacy of the flowers.
Keemun Mao Feng Keemun tea comes from Qimen, a mountainous region in the southern part of Anhui Province. This area is known for its temperate climate and abundant rainfall, which produces high humidity and frequent mists - critical in the production of a premium grade tea. This exquisite tea has very long and slender twisted leaves.  The dry leaf is dark in color, with gold tips evident. It has an intoxicating honey & chocolate fragrance and liquor.
Kir Royale Rooibos This caffeine-free rooibos blend was inspired by the champagne and raspberry liquer cocktail Kir Royale. Flavored with freeze-dried whole raspberries, a touch of Bourbon vanilla, and rose petals, this herbal infusion pairs well with celebretory chocolate desserts.
Kukicha Fukamushi Kukicha is made with the stems of tea leaves accumulated during the sorting process of Sencha tea production. Unlike lower grades of Kukicha, this one contains no woody twigs and the uniform stems are deep steamed to create the smooth, nectar-like finish. Lower in caffeine compared to other categories of tea, Kukicha is a great tea for any time of day.
Lady Grey

For someone that prefers a gentler version of Earl Grey, this tea is delicately flavored with a French oil of bergamot in a blend of medium-bodied Sri Lankan tea with a malty Chinese Yunnan. Accompany this tea with chocolate desserts.

Lapsang Souchong Tarry

Souchong refers to the larger, riper leaves from the tea plant. these tea leaves are harvested from the lower parts of the bush. After oxidation, the leaves are placed on iron pans and roasted for a short time. Smoke from pine boughs pipes into a room containing the leaves, which absorb this smokiness. A Lapsang Souchong tea is more lightly smoked compared to a Tarry Lapsang Souchong or a Lapsang Souchong Crocodile, which is the smokiest of the group. Pair this tea with spicy Chinese food, smoked brisket, or barbecue. Drink without milk or sugar.

Lichee Black

A medium-bodied black tea flavored with lichee, the favorite fruit of Emperor Longji's consort Yang Guifei. The Emperor would have the fruit delivered by the imperial messenger service's fast horses who rode by day and night. Consider this tea as a complement to Asian foods such as tea-smoked duck.

Mango ( mangue) Amazon For this exotic tea blend, a Chinese black tea is flavored with tropical flowers and dried mango. Wonderful hot or cold! A true adventure.
Mao Jian

Mao Jian tea leaves are picked from tea trees growing in the high mountainous area of the Henan Province. This harvest area is known as the "Five Mountains and two pools." The tea leaves produce a light yellow liquor and the flavor profile is light and floral with a lively aftertaste. When infused, the tea leaves quickly sink to the bottom of the cup.

Marco Polo A variety of Chinese and Tibetan fruits and flowers are used to give this tea a highly sophisticated bouquet. One of the most popular Mariage Frères teas.
Marco Polo Rouge A mixture of Chinese and Tibetan flowers flavors this herbal Rooibus tisane. Rich in Vitamin C and minerals. Soothing and Caffeine-Free!

Matcha Genmaicha This variation of genmaicha (toasted rice tea) has a dusting of matcha powder to add a concentrated note of vegetal sweetness and higher antioxidants to the tea. The tea is fukamushi (deep-steamed) from the Shizuoka prefecture of Japan.
Matcha, Uji Matcha is a powdered green tea made from the tender, young Gyokuro leaves. Unlike other teas, Matcha powder is whipped into the hot water and not separated from the liquid. Accordingly, Matcha contains more anti-oxidants, vitamin C and caffeine than any other green tea. The resulting brew is jade green and the flavor is full-bodied, with a sweet highly fragrant aftertaste. For special occasions!
Meyer Lemon Rooibos Generously flavored with lemongrass and lemon essence, this rooibos pairs well with green salads, fish, or chicken.
Montagne D'Or (mountain of gold) Marigold, safflower and rose blossoms are added with pieces of papaya and apple to create a symphony of flavors. For the afternoon. Because 21% of this tea is composed of flowers and fruits, this tea is low in caffeine.

Moroccan Mint Used in the national drink of Morocco and North Africa, Moroccan Mint has a long tradition in Africa. It was first the beverage of choice for Egyptian Pharaohs.
Nepal Chiyabari Estate

This Nepalese tea plantation began production in 2000 and has quickly produced serious competition with the most esteemed tea estates in Darjeeling. These tippy and highly aromatic tea leaves are hand rolled and produce a liquor with notes of hay, cardamom, maple, and a delicate, lingering aftertaste.

Nepal Maloom

The handsome tea leaves produce a bronze-colored infusion with subtle notes of Muscat grape and iris flower.

Nil Noir (black nile) A black tea is blended with mallow flowers, lemongrass and an intoxicating mixture of other flowers and spices. This tea expresses the bounty provided by the richness of the Nile delta.
Nil Rouge, Thé Rouge Scents of citrus, vanilla and marigolds complement this roibus (red bush) tisane. Nil Rouge is lively yet mild and is the perfect evening beverage. Caffeine-Free!
Noel This celebration tea is a special blend of cinnamon, orange zest, dried apple, vanilla, and clove. A perfect accompaniment for a holiday banquet.
Oolong, Angel Tears

Grown in Fujian Province of Southeastern China, Angel Tears derives its unique flavor profile from the limestone-rich soil in the numerous nearby crumbling cliffs. Laden with limestone and other minerals, this soil produces a complex flavor profile unlike any other tea-growing region in the world. Best without milk and sugar.

Oolong Fleurs d'Oranger Orange blossoms are delicately blended with a very fine oolong tea from Taiwan. A magical marriage!
Oolong Blue Spring Grown at 3,000 feet in the mountains of Fujian Province, Blue Spring Oolong is hand picked and shaped into pebbles. Crafted to an ideal flavor profile, the amber infusion spreads sweetness on the tongue and palate with a note of fennel. When The Cultured Cup introduced this tea at a tasting, it immediately sold out! Blue Spring Oolong can be steeped up to six times.
Oolong Golden (Xuan) Mountain Many consider this lightly oxidized tea from the Fujian Province of China the finest of all oolong varieties. Its amber color, creamy /buttery flavor intoxicate the senses. The tea is grown on the ridges and hills surrounded by winding springs and cool mists.
Oolong, Medjool Date Dried Medjool dates blend with a South African rooibos and Chinese oolong leaves for a blend that is delicious with Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. The dates provie natural sweetness and the rooibos herb lowers the caffeine content.
Oolong, Phoenix Mountain Dan Çong One of the most distinctive and prized oolongs in the world, Phoenix Mountain is grown in a mountainous area of Guandong Province renowned for its mineral laden soil. Phoenix Mountain is plucked from old, tree-sized tea plants. The unique ripe peach and honeysuckle notes are said to come from the deep root systems of these ancient and enormous tea trees.

Perfect Moment Completely caffeine-free, this herbal blend was developed to reduce stress and create the "Perfect Moment." It contains chamomile, rose blossoms, lavender buds, peppermint leaves, orange blossoms, strawberry blossoms, and melissa. Very low in acid and tannin, this tea is ideal in the evening.
Pleine Lune (full moon) This delicious blend combines fragrances evoking the feast of the full moon: fruits, rare spices, almond pieces, and the taste of honey.
Provence Vert

In southern France, near the Italian border, the hills explode with flowers, fruit trees, and lavender fields. Prince Igor A rich blend of green Japan tea and black Sri Lanka tea, flavored with rare citrus, sunflower blossoms and other fruits.
Pu-Erh Imperial (18 yr. aged)

This tea was used as a tribute to the Chinese Emperor's court in the 19 th Century. A loose leaf Pu-Erh, this tea is fermented and then stored in dry storage for 18 years. Fermenting the tea creates a rich, full bodied tea with mellowness and an earthy note. In China, this tea is said to lower cholesterol and improve circulation.

Pu-Erh Brique du This compressed "brick" of large, shiny tea leaves comes from the misty slopes of Yunnan's mountains. Known for its refreshing, energizing, and beneficial properties, this tea has the unusual feature of improving with age. The 1999 vintage is stamped with the Chinese characters for "good luck." A product of the 20 th Century and a prized gift for the 21 st .

Route du Temps, La (the passage of time) The " Passage of Time " was created to celebrate the 10 th anniversary of Mariage Frères' left-bank boutique. A tea between two worlds, blending the flowery, honeyed taste of jasmine and green teas from the Golden Triangle with the spicy notes of pieces of ginger.

Russian Breakfast

Thé Rouge Bourbon (Vanilla) Flavored with "bourbon vanilla," this Roibos or Red Tea is actually not a tea at all! White Tea, Yin Zhen

The height of perfection in white tea. The plucking is done exclusively by hand on just two days a year, when only the finest buds are selected. Yields a crystalline, mandarin liquor with the subtle fresh fragrance of buds. The most glamorous and costly white tea on earth! Very high in anti-oxidants. Perfect for summer as white tea lowers the internal temperature of the body.
