Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged and/or defective?
Damaged or defective items maybe returned for replacement or full credit within 30 days. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your authorized merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Which items may I not return?
Personalized items, opened personal care items, (Bulk Coffee and Tea) and special order merchandise are not returnable.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
If an item is not available we will contact you via phone or e-mail, offering you alternatives for immediate shipping. If you do not want one of the alternatives we can put your original item on back order and give you an estimated ship date. If the new ship date is not acceptable we will cancel your back order with no penalty and make a full refund.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Sales tax is only collected on taxable items shipped to an address with in the state of Texas.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, you will have the option to choose another address for shipment of your merchandise. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.
